Seek the Peak 2009!

Thu Mar 19, 2009, 9:23 AM
For the past 2 years I have been doing a fund raiser called Seek the Peak. The Mount Washington Observatory is a non-profit scientific and educational institution with a mission to advance understanding of the natural systems that create the Earth's weather and climate, through observation, research, and education. I am really excited to be able to do this again!

Thanks for watching me! I love your black and white photography! And I read that you used FILM. GAH! You're my hero. I only wish that I had the confidence to shoot in film because it's so raw and gorgeous! I also love Holgas. One of these days I will get a Holga and shoot film!
:iconquakeroatpinhole:
Its all about experimenting really! The holga is a great way to learn about film and have a lot of fun doing it. I always tell people my holga taught me more about seeing light than any expensive camera system has. You have an elegant style already.

As long as people are going to call you a lunatic anyway, why not get the benefit of it? It liberates you from convention :pride:
:iconmodoga:
Thanks! I'm really happy you used the word elegant! I've really been trying to get my style down pat! Elegant is something I aspire to be!
